Vista Higher Learning – Language Learning

Starting on June 29th, 2022 there will be a new integration in Canvas available for use in your courses: Vista Higher Learning

Vista Higher Learning’s singular focus is on creating the highest-quality integrated print and digital solutions that meet the needs of all language learners—those learning a new language, improving a second language, or perfecting their native language. 

Vista Higher Learning is part of the Panther Book Pack initiative, an affordable course materials rental program providing all undergraduate students with their required course materials by the first day of class. 

Please note the Vista Higher Learning Canvas integration is hidden by default in Course Navigation; it only needs to be enabled from within your course settings to be used. Feel free to review the instructor getting started guide which will assist in familiarizing yourself with how to use this tool.

MarketPlace – Business Simulations

We integrated a new tool in Canvas called Marketplace Simulations. This tool lets students experiment with business strategies in an engaging game-like exercise. Students enter an emerging industry and manage the entire enterprise, from inception to maturity. Through practice, students internalize business knowledge to equip them for tomorrow’s jobs.

There is a new integration in Canvas available for use in your courses: GoReact

GoReact’s singular focus is on video assignment creation for communication activities. 

GoReact is part of the Panther Book Pack initiative, an affordable course materials rental program providing all undergraduate students with their required course materials by the first day of class. 

Please note the GoReact Canvas integration is used through the assignments. Feel free to review the GoReact Instructor Getting Started Guide which will assist in familiarizing yourself with how to use this tool.
